Yes. the 50% early access discount applies to your renewal price for as long as your subscription remains active. It does not expire after the first year. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the standard price at that time would apply.

You pay upfront for 12 months of access. There is no monthly rolling contract. You will not be automatically charged month to month. At the end of your 12 months, you will receive a renewal notice before anything is charged. You can deactivate automatic renewal in your account, without having to contact support.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Unlimited means no hard cap on your personal writing sessions — drafting, editing, researching, revising, and brainstorming your own projects. It covers normal creative use. Automated or commercial bulk processing falls outside personal use and is covered in our terms of service.

Your files are encrypted in transit and stored encrypted on our servers. The only exception is a brief indexing step that powers the AI assistant. Plaintext never outlives that process. Our staff have no access to your writing. We never share your data with third parties, and we never use your writing to train AI models.

The AI assistant works in any language. When early access opens, the interface will be in English only. French, Spanish, German, and Greek are being finalised and will roll out progressively during early access. All four will be available before the full v1.0 launch.

You can upgrade from Writer to Novelist at any time. You will only pay the difference for the remaining period of your annual plan. Your early access discount is not affected. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal date.
